These are the required steps to begin the process of applying for a Land Trust home.

1. Complete the online Land Trust program application*This form needs to be completed using a desktop computer. It does not currently work in a mobile format. 

2. Complete the “Home Stretch” curriculum, an 8 hour homebuyer education class offered by One Roof  Community Housing. A class schedule is found here.* Currently, the online version of Homebuyer Education (Framework) does not meet the education requirement for this program.

3. Attend a Community Land Trust program orientation session. Call Jim Philbin or Katie Seipel-Anderson to request an individual appointment.

4. Obtain a mortgage pre-approval from one of the participating lenders below.
