Free and open to all residents of Duluth
One Roof is home to a community Tool Lending Library for Duluth residents. Like a traditional library, tools can be checked out at no cost. The collection supports all kinds of home improvement and repair projects, both indoors and out.
"I have become a frequent customer of the One Roof Tool Lending Library the past couple of years as it has not only made our house projects more financially feasible by renting seldomly used tools, but because it has been a source of community and fosters an ethic of sharing. The tools are in great condition and I am grateful for how this organization helps the residents of Duluth make our homes our own!"
Please review the Borrower Agreement, complete the required form, and bring it along with your driver’s license.
Tools may be borrowed for up to one week, with extensions available if there are no other request for the same tools.
Review the Tool Lending Library inventory. When you’re ready, make a reservation to schedule pick-up and drop-off times.
